2026 Mazda CX-5 Giveaway Official Rules
1. Sponsor
The 2026 Mazda CX-5 Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Boys & Girls Clubs of North Alabama (“Sponsor”), P.O. Box 73, Huntsville, AL 35804.
The Promotion is made possible with support from Hiley Mazda of Huntsville and Hiley Automotive Group.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins April 1, 2026, and ends July 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“Promotion Period”).
Donation entries must be submitted through the official Promotion page during the Promotion Period. Mail-in alternate entries must be received by July 5, 2026, to be eligible
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of Alabama who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Individuals directly involved in the administration, processing, verification, winner selection, or prize fulfillment of this Promotion are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter through one of the following methods.
Donation Entry
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may support Boys & Girls Clubs of North Alabama by submitting an entry donation through the official Promotion page at bgcnal.com/car.
Entry donations are $100 each, or $75 each when selecting two or more entries.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. If multiple entries are submitted in a single donation transaction, each entry must identify a separate eligible entrant.
Alternate Method of Entry
No donation or purchase is required to enter or win.
To enter without making a donation, eligible participants may mail a written entry request to:

Each mail-in entry must include the entrant’s full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth.
Mail-in entries must be received by July 5, 2026, to be eligible.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Donation entries and alternate method entries have equal odds of winning.
5. Prize
One eligible winner will receive one 2026 Mazda CX-5 2.5 S Preferred AWD.
Approximate retail value: $37,095.
Vehicle color, features, availability, and final specifications are subject to availability and Sponsor confirmation.
All Alabama taxes and title fees associated with the vehicle will be covered by Hiley Automotive Group. The winner is responsible for insurance, any federal tax liability, and any other costs or expenses not specifically stated in these Official Rules.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion if the advertised vehicle becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection
The potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The drawing is scheduled to take place on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at the Leaders & Legends Dinner.
Participants do not have to be present to win.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry.
The potential winner may be required to provide valid identification, complete eligibility verification, and sign any required release, tax, or prize acceptance documents before receiving the prize.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, fails to complete required documentation, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries.
8. Taxes and Reporting
Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize, except for Alabama taxes and title fees expressly covered by Hiley Automotive Group.
Sponsor may issue any required tax forms, including IRS Form 1099, based on the value of the prize.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor and participating promotional partners permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, state, photograph, video, and statements for promotional, advertising, and public relations purposes without additional compensation.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, administrative errors, legal restrictions, or other circumstances compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits false information, attempts to submit more than one entry, or acts in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Boys & Girls Clubs of North Alabama, Hiley Mazda of Huntsville, Hiley Automotive Group, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, affiliates, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
12. Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Disclaimer
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By participating, entrants release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility or liability related to the Promotion.
13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used for the administration of the Promotion, winner notification, prize fulfillment, and communications related to Boys & Girls Clubs of North Alabama, subject to applicable privacy practices.
