When Caderius first arrived at our Club as a first grader, he walked through the doors with tears in his eyes. He was shy, uncertain, and needed reassurance that he belonged in this new space. Staff and members alike offered that support, and little by little, he began to find his footing.
Over the past two years, we’ve witnessed a remarkable transformation. The quiet, hesitant boy has grown into a confident, outgoing young leader. Caderius now steps forward to help staff with daily tasks, looks after younger members, and embraces opportunities to take responsibility. Along the way, he has built strong friendships that continue to strengthen his sense of belonging.
Today, Caderius enters the Club with a smile instead of tears, eager to share his positive energy with those around him. His younger brother has also joined the program, following in his footsteps and benefiting from the example he now sets.
Caderius’ journey is a powerful reminder of what consistent encouragement, support, and community can do. The Club has given him more than just a safe place to spend time—it has given him the confidence to grow, to lead, and to shine. America Needs Club Kids.
