An open house liquidation sale of office equipment, furniture, supplies, and electronics will be held on Friday, December 13th, 2019 from 9 am to 4 pm at the former Virginia College Campus located on Drake Avenue in Huntsville. All proceeds from this sale will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of North Alabama.

“It’s really encouraging to see what was an unfortunate situation with the closing of Virginia College turn into a positive for our kids. It’s also a great opportunity for businesses, schools, organizations or anyone in our community who needs high-quality furniture and equipment,” says Patrick Wynn, CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of North Alabama.

After the sudden closing in December of 2018, the 50k sq ft Virginia College building was locked and its contents were left untouched for nearly a year. Now, the new owners of the building have decided to liquidate the contents and donate all proceeds from this sale to the Boys & Girls Clubs of North Alabama.

Tens of thousands of dollars in industrial office furniture, supplies, computers, and electronics will be marked down to 80% -95% of their retail value on Friday. Sale of these items will be available to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis. All buyers will responsible for the loading and transportation of purchases made that day.
