Workforce Readiness
Our Workforce Readiness program works with students to ensure they understand the academic requirements for college entry and success, as well as what skills, training and experience they will need to join the workforce in their chosen field after graduation. We provide mentors to help students develop aspirations for what they want to achieve in life, and provide guidance, direction, and encouragement as they work toward their goals.
Boys & Girls Clubs’ unique approach to workforce readiness prepares youth for success in their first jobs and helps them develop a plan to achieve their chosen careers.

From first job to dream job.
12th-grade Club members are almost twice as likely to express an interest in a STEM career as 12th graders nationally
